II With good drying equipment, the drying temperature should be determined according to the different substrates and the size of the printing area. For example, for the wine label printing of metal aluminum foil, the drying temperature should be above 100 ℃, while for the printing and drying of plastic film, the drying temperature should be 60 ℃ -80 ℃. The wind force should be stronger than that when using solvent ink printing brush, because in addition to the temperature, there should also be strong wind, so that the ink can be dried quickly when it is loaded on the substrate

III Except for metal aluminum foil, vacuum aluminized film and paper, all plastic films need to be treated with EDM before using ink printing. This is the original "flight test" plastic surface dyne is above 40 ~ 42, and water is used as the main solvent to produce ink. Because the surface tension of water is about 72 dyne, the large gap between the tension of ink and film will affect the adhesion, so as to improve the surface tension of plastic film, It can make the printed pattern have good adhesion
